Project Assurance
Project Assurance is a role, usually carried out by the Project Board, which ensures that the Project is being well managed. However, Project Board members often do not have the time to carry out this role in addition to their other duties. We realise and offer to take on this important role.
The benefits of delegating this role are many, not the least of which is an independent, qualified view of how the project is being managed and whether products are being delivered which meet the agreed Quality Criteria.
